3. Is home health care expensive?

All Angels Home Care Services caregivers are required to complete a thorough background check. We make certain all caregivers are properly screened in order for your loved one to be fully protected. 7. How often are your in-home care services available?

Yes, we offer overnight services, but it has to be booked beforehand. We also provide emergency care because we know unexpected events occur.

Yes, at Angels Home Care Services, residents’ information with us is strictly confidential and cannot be disclosed to the public without your consent.

12. What if my caregiver does not show up for a scheduled shift?

This is a very rare event. But if it does occur, Angels Home Care Services offers a system that enables the caregiver to “clock in” and “clock out”. If a scheduled shift has not been called in, we will send a secondary caregiver. There are no missed shifts.

13. What if I register a loved one at Angels Home Care Services, and I’m not around to monitor their progress. How do I get updates on the care?

Yes, however, health information can only be disclosed with the consent of the resident.If the resident permits, we will always give you updates on your loved one’s health.
